Dominic Sgro at Catahoula Tattoo
929 N Broad Street, New Orleans
Largely ignored by the masses with the exception of a few impassioned fans;
To those who admire and respect my craft, a heart-felt "Thank you" is in order.
I began my apprenticeship at Papillion Tattoo in 1977 under Mike Nicholson along with artist Bill Streeter.
Over the years, I owned and operated New Haven Tattoo in Hamden, CT and Boca Raton, FL; Art-Haven a private gallery in East Haven, CT; Cloud9Part.com pin-up photography in New Haven;
I'm busy working guest appearances along the east coast.
As of 2014, I moved to New Orleans' Garden District working currently in New Orleans.
I’m an independent artist (sometimes with a day job).
DO NOT contact me if you want a small star behind your ear or a letter on your wrist BUT if you want an original piece of artwork that'll last your lifetime, please allow me to draw you something.
Remember, don't let price be a motivating factor in your decision and please respect my $100 minimum.
Besides, what's a tattoo worth??? It's only worth what you're willing to pay for it.
What other investment can you pay a few hundred dollars for that'll last you a lifetime?
Let's sit, talk, draw up what's in your mind on paper then put it on your skin.
Please visit my other sites listed above and let me know what you think!
